Our Story:

Ronn and I met over 20 years ago when I worked on my first film to get my all important SAG card. I had to flirt and kiss a handsome man in a bar scene, but was never introduced to him since it was done so quickly. A year later my then boyfriend and his then girlfriend did a movie together and we were properly introduced. I had just won $100,000 on the hit TV show, "Star Search" and he had just gotten the role of "Ridge Forrester" on the CBS series "The Bold and The Beautiful". I was surprised to learn he was also a singer and had the hit song from his band "PLAYER", "Baby Come Back". We didn't meet again until four years ago, when friends Lorenzo Lamas and Barbara Moore wanted to set me up on a date. Lorenzo was a new character on the "Bold and the Beautiful" and became friends with Winsor Harmon. He tried to set me up with Winsor, but had no idea Winsor was married. Winsor suggested he set me up with Ronn and the rest as they say is history.

The Proposal:

Ronn is so different from "Ridge Forrester" and is more a blue jeans and t-shirt kind of guy. I love that he is honest, sincere and has a great sense of humor. We totally fit together like perfect puzzle pieces. But, he hates the cliche' traditonal things that society places on us, such as a man should get down on one knee type of thing. So he put the most gorgeous ring I've even seen in a badly wrapped box to present to me after my birthday this year. I had absolutely no idea that he had been designing this ring and looking at rings for nearly a year! Needless to say, I thought I was dreaming and this dream hasn't ended yet. I have chosen the song, "For the Rest of My Life" sung by Ronn as one of our wedding songs.
